PROPINQUITY EMR/SOAP Notes

The Propinquity program is the brain-child of David Clarkson, M.D.

Frustrated with a disorganized charting system, Dr. Clarkson created this EMR using journalistic style dictation which automatically parses the SOAP database into a “classic” SOAP note as well as a chronological display of essential information.

Generation of HPI for repetitive admissions and consultations, or simply querying the database, is greatly simplified by reference to the “Print ALL” function of the program.

No other EMR permits such rapid navigation of the database as PROPINQUITY.
